Coach D Robinson is Founder and CEO of LDT & Associates Leadership Academy, which also houses Matthew 5:16 Ministries International. Coach D is an internationally acclaimed motivational/empowerment speaker, life coach, trainer, and a licensed minister. He has inspired and empowered men and women of all ages from various countries and diverse cultures to work and play together to achieve excellence through synergistic techniques and strategies, both on and off the court. A lifelong athlete, Coach D is a former college and semi-pro basketball and football player, and has coached numerous men’s and women’s track, basketball and football teams at every level from little league to semi-professional. Coach D is a graduate of St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa, where he was a Criminal Justice Major. Having been in education for over 30 years in some capacity, Coach D has launched a new program entitled Yes I Can, designed to empower youth to realize their full potential at school as well as in their families and their communities. The Yes I Can program is currently featured in several local school systems and is rapidly expanding. Coach D is an Honorary Kentucky Colonel, a Dale Carnegie Graduate, host of his own radio show entitles “The Coach D Show” and is the author of a number of notable books, including Leadership: From the Heart of a Coach and 10” is Good: 11 is Great! |
