Can you remember your grandmother or Aunt making peanut butter roll for special occasions? My husband’s Aunt Thelma made the best. This recipe comes from my side of the family which has been passed down for several generations. Light smooth divinity with a touch of rich peanut butter in between the layers. Old family stories say that my grandmother used to keep this locked in her pie safe during the holidays since everyone wanted some. Now you everyone can have it in their home… No key needed.
