This is a sugar free pie made with the finest local honey. This pie is creamy, rich, full of spices and flavor. It's texture is fantastic and nothing about it lacks in taste. I developed this recipe for my dad when he could no longer have sugar. Over the years this pie has consistently been a holiday favorite which everyone asks for each time they visit. At our home I serve this pie with fresh whipped cream, nothing is better.
